Coral Estate 648 is a 6-persons villa, which has recently been renovated. Its decoration and furnishment is modern, luxurious and the villa is fully equipped. This villa is located in the very quiet end of a cul-de-sac.
Because of its location, this villa will offer you a breathtaking panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea. The property is build on a hill, so you enter the villa at ground floor level, and 2 of 3 bedrooms are located in the basement.
Our villa has a central living room, well equipped kitchen and 3 spacious double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Needless to say, all bedrooms offer air conditioning and the shutters in the windows are great for sleeping on the cooling trade winds. The master bedroom will offer a direct access to the porch and swimming pool. In front of the villa, seaside, you will find your private pool and its terrace and grill, where you can watch the colorful sunsets while enjoying your drinks and dinner.
A large terrace surrounds the villa and is directly connected with the living area and the kitchen.
The premises measures over more than 10,000 sq. ft, so direct contact with nature is ensured.
