Our charming converted winery "Vinograd GornjaVoca" is a wonderful place to unwind. Through the double front door you enter the ancient wine press room. The old press has been converted into a comfortable double bed. In the adjacent living room, it is good to live. A sofa / bed, dining table and chairs and of course a small burner to the cold during that - sometimes - to expel chilly evenings. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen; double electric hob, fridge and of course plenty of dishes, glassware, pots & pans. In addition, bathroom with shower and toilet. Beside the house is a covered patio / pergola to seek monenten during the hottest day of the shade. For the house (south side) you can in the sun enjoying the view. Below the house is the wine cellar; at the entrance to the wine cellar is the wood supply.
Some ten years ago, we (Anke&Rob - Jacqueline&Hank) found this beautiful location. Bought from the former owners - Croatian farmers - we have modernized the house and expanded. In September we stay there because of the grape harvest and wine making. In the spring to prepare for the season and bring the new harvest home. Meanwhile, we consider ourselves already a little wine grower.
