Villa Bellavista Poletti is a newly built holiday home on a private fenced plot of 4500 m2 in the village of Markovac, about 14 km from Porec and 11 km from the sea. In Visnjan, 2 km away, you will find the nearest shop, a typical Istrian tavern, a pharmacy and much more.

The house was built in 2014., is surrounded by greenery and offers a beautiful panoramic sea view. Outside the house there is an outdoor saltwater swimming pool, sun loungers and shower, 2 covered terraces with seating set, a summer kitchen with a stone barbecue, a covered area with table tennis, table football, billiards and darts, as well as a swing, trampoline, goals for football (small) and an attractive gravel path available for mountain bikers. There is parking for two vehicles in the garden.

The owner of the house is a famous Istrian winemaker. His family home and wine cellar are only 50 meters from the villa, so he is always available for his guests.
