Villa Annette is an authentic Istrian stone house in the village of Musalez, about 3 km from Poreč and the beach, with a typical Istrian tavern just 2 km away. The house was built at the beginning of the 20th century and completely renovated in 2013, entirely in Istrian style. It stands on a private plot of 300 m² with a beautiful garden, a 12 m² swimming pool, sun loungers, a terrace with seating, a barbecue and private parking.
Villa Annette for 6 people, with a total living area of 160 m², is spread over three floors. The interior is decorated in traditional Istrian style, combined with modern details. On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious living room with fireplace, satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dining table. On the same floor, a Finnish and Turkish sauna with shower and a separate toilet is available to guests.
On the first floor there is another living room with a small kitchen, dining room and sofa - all in one space with access to a covered balcony with seating and beautiful views. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and hydromassage bath. In the attic there are two more bedrooms with double beds and panoramic sea views. This rustically furnished vacation home is the ideal choice if you want to spend a quiet vacation, but still close to the hustle and bustle of the city and the beach.
