Apartment The apartment is part of 9 other apartments located in a building. All apartments are owned by private owners of various nationalities. The whole building is about 5 years ago, half-built purchased to be converted into 9 apartments all feature a contemporary decor. The apartment has a spacious living room with open kitchen and living room has a sitting area which the bank can be used as a double sofa bed, TV with satellite received a four-person dining area and for use on the balcony, a patio set for 4 persons . The bedroom is a spacious double bed and for children there is the possibility to use an existing camp bed. The kitchen has a dishwasher, electric oven / grill, 4 ring electric hob with extractor and good crockery and cutlery for 4 people. The building stands in the village of Perna what falls under the municipality Kusicte what lies on the south side of the Peljesac peninsula. The location of the building is about 20 meters from the sea and therefore has a great view over the sea and on the other side lying island of Korcula with its famous historic city of Korcula. Also from the large balcony, 16 M2, with spectacular views over the sea where anything from small sailing boats glide to huge cruise ships. For the sailor who wants to take his own boat, there is a berth available * for the door. Note: surcharge

Additional information

The apartment is located on the peninsula Peljezac a headland on the coast starts at the fortified town of Ston where a wall standing from coast to coast on the island for centuries has protected against intruders. About 50 miles from Evanston is the place Orebic this place offers plenty of the most common needs such as restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, banks etc etc this is also the departure point in the car ferry to Korzula. After about 0.5 km Perna reached the place where the apartment is.
The building comprises a total of 9 apartments 3 on the ground floor, 3 on the first floor, 2 on the second floor and 1 (penthouse) on the 4th The right apartment on the 2nd floor is.



















Environment

The village of Perna is a quiet village which is elongated on the coastal road on the southern side of the peninsula.
Approximately 100 meters of the apartment is a very good restaurant which become crowded and it is also seen prices worth a visit.
Further on is a campground with a camping shop on the road where one can obtain all daily necessities.
The nearest town is Orebic in this place you will find several supermarkets, banks, shops, cafes and restaurants.
But also a marina with mooring for the ferry to the island on the other side of Korcula.
Korcula, whose main town Korcula is worth visiting the walled part of town is hundreds of years old and within the walls is no car traffic there that do not fit in the streets of Korcula is also the residence was the explorer Marco Polo house with lookout tower to see and be seen.
From Korcula are also several excursions to some of the hundreds of islands that Croatia is rich.
This can be either day or overnight trips are.
Outside Korcula there are in this part of Croatia has many steal with a great historical value.

Exists between the various islands an extensive network of ferry services eg the islands of Hvar and Korcula Miljet are bereilbaar assume. It is also possible to visit the historic city of Dubrovnik which is located about 100 km from the apartment. This can be by car but day trips are possible from Orebic.
The location of Croatia to the sea the water sports of course the surfers are especially well represented in large numbers at a campsite at about 1 km from this place become a local "Surfers Paradice" called.
But other possibilities are available such as diving, snorkeling or simply rent a boat with outboard and a quiet ride sail.
Furthermore there is the possibility of steps to deal with the various ferries to the island of Korcula.
Even on land, there are obviously many things to see like the wine on the peninsula but also the historical sites Ston and Dubrovnik.
For tenants who want to take a boat there is a berth available. (Fee).
The apartment is accessible by car or by plane.
By car the trip from the Netherlands about 1850 km the whole journey in the car on highways where toll roads are a part and if required we can make available a route description.
By plane, the destination is Dubrovnik this destination word from Schiphol and several German airports just across the border several times a week offered prices that are obviously dependent on the society.
From Dubrovnik airport is some 100 km north along the coastal road, this is possible by bus or you need a car rental at the airport.

    Prachtig appartement op een geweldige locatie.
    + het grote terras
    + heel dicht bij zee
    + appartement van vele gemakken voorzien.
    - hoewel wij het van te voren wisten, geen wifi aanwezig.

    Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit appartement. Genoten van de zee voor de deur, lekker gegeten bij een vlakbij gelegen restaurant. Regelmatig de oversteek gemaakt naar het eiland en stadje Korcula, is echt een aanrader. Goede begeleiding bij een plaats om onze boot aan te kunnen leggen.
