Our renovated apartment of 75m2 is located on the second floor of a building of 24 apartments spread over 3 floors. The complex, called Leonamar, includes a private swimming pool, private parking and a covered area to work and relax. From the complex there is private access to the white sandy beach of Playa Blanca, a cove labeled as an ecologically responsible zone.
The apartment has two rooms. A room with a fully equipped spacious kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, microwave, airfryer, refrigerator with freezer and ice cube maker), dining table and a sitting area with a three-person sofa, two sofas, large TV and a closet with two single beds. The entire façade of this room is made of glass and has two large sliding doors. The view of Playa Blanca from the entire room is fantastic. The other room is a spacious bedroom at the back with a king size bed, wardrobe closet and TV. Between the two rooms there is a luxurious bathroom with rain shower and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
All bed linen, beach towels, beach towels and beach essentials are provided. The apartment is cleaned once a week, including bed linen and beach towels.
On the beach there is a restaurant that is part of a nearby resort on Playa Mantas with several restaurants, swimming pools, water sports (without motor), tennis courts and miniature golf. The resort organizes tours to explore the surrounding tropical jungle.
The entire area, Punta Leona, is set in 20 acres of tropical rainforest with secure access. The site is a protected habitat for rich fauna and flora, such as scarlet macaws, capuchin monkeys, sloths, hummingbirds, butterflies, lizards, iguanas, toucans and raccoons. From the beach you can spot whales and dolphins and turtles come to lay eggs in season.
From the apartment you can make excursions to Manuel Antonio National Park, surfing beaches Jacó and Hermosilla, fishing port Quepos, golf resort Los Sueños and crocodile bridge over the Tárcoles river.
In the resort there are two small supermarkets and an international supermarket a short drive away.
Our family welcomes you and will be happy to advise you on activities in the area, such as cocoa and coffee tours or visits to banana plantations and fruit parks.
The dry, warm summer season is approximately from December to May. The rest of the year there are short tropical rain showers.
