Oceanfront new build villa with beautiful view over the turquoise water and beautiful private pool. You can enter the sea through the garden to enjoy the impressive reef in the "backyard". This is really oceanfront!
Quietly located in a new luxury neighborhood, within walking distance of one of the most beautiful snorkeling and diving spots Andreas 1 and 2.
The Reef Villas have an open porch with a spacious sitting area and large dining table, beautiful garden with infinity pool and are equipped with comfortable lounge chairs, a hammock, barbecue, outdoor shower, rinse tank with storage for diving and / or surf gear, etc.
On the 1st floor, the villas are luxuriously furnished with a smart TV, Sonos sound system, a beautiful lounge, a spacious kitchen with island and solid kitchen appliances such as an induction stove, combined convection oven, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, American fridge with ice and there is also a washing machine with accessories.
On the ground floor there are 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms with both a fan and air conditioning and each with a private bathroom with shower and toilet.
The Reef Villas are equipped with beautiful lighting all around, a keyless entry system and a camera system.
Bath and bed linen is sufficiently provided, including pool towels and these are changed half the week together with the cleaning, which is carried out twice a week.
The Villas have just been built, with a luxurious finish and every comfort, using lots of wood and natural materials and colors.
An attempt has been made to keep the footprint as low as possible, the swimming pool is a salt water bath, a heat pump is provided for hot water and solar panels with battery are used.
In short, a stay at the Reef Villas is an all-inclusive experience.

Villas Sea and Sun are 2 identical villas of which you rent 1.
Each villa is completely private and has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, its own kitchen and living area and a private pool.
Villas Sea is the left one and Villa Sun is the right villa.

Hello, we would love to welcome you @ Reef villas Bonaire.
After a wonderful holiday we fell in love with Bonaire and we were lucky enough to be able to buy an existing beach house which we rented out for 8 years with great pleasure. Later we got the chance to buy a beautifully situated plot on which we built 2 beautiful holiday villas, completely according to our own taste and wishes.
We hope that our guests can have a wonderful time.

Explanation of prices

The rental price is all-inclusive:
The use of bed linen, bath linen and beach linen, the intermediate cleaning, the final cleaning, standby home manager and normal consumption of water and electricity are all included in the rental price.
Only in case of abnormally high consumption, which is demonstrated by means of average consumption, is a surcharge charged, but that is very exceptional.
The beds are neatly made upon arrival and the home manager personally awaits the guests upon arrival.
A tourist tax is required upon arrival on the island, which you can arrange in advance via the Bonaire Tourism (*CONTENT HIDDEN*)
