My name is Greetje, I have been living on the beautiful island of Bonaire for 10 years now. I'm originally from Drenthe/Twente. I love nature and that's why we live in the middle of it now, but not too far from all the shops, restaurants and beaches. I live here with my husband and our pets such as chickens, turtles, cats and dogs. When you book at finest apartments you will sometimes come across them for a pet or 2.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will no longer make use of the rented property, the tenant will still owe the full rent.
