Villa 2 is quietly located on the wind at the Courtyard Village resort. 1.5 km from the center of Kralendijk and a 6-minute walk from the boulevard and sea.
The completely walled resort, on which villa "K2" is located, has two electronically operated entrance gates. The villa is 90 m2 in size and has a spacious living room with open kitchen with an induction hob, an oven, a spacious fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and a combination microwave. Next to the kitchen there is a utility room with a washing machine.
There are 2 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. There are remote-controlled ceiling fans for cooling and the two bedrooms also have air conditioning. The plot is 433 m2 in size, has a spacious covered terrace with garden furniture adjacent to the living room, an outdoor shower and a storage space for diving equipment, for example. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets, so that you are not bothered by mosquitoes.
The completely walled garden is beautifully planted with native plants, palms and flowering shrubs.
The villa is equipped with 220 volt connections, so a world travel plug is not necessary.
Guests who stay a little longer can also use the washing machine.
Villa K2 Courtyard Village is within walking distance from the boulevard and the capital Kralendijk, where various restaurants, shops and beautiful locations can be visited. To further explore the island, we recommend renting a car/scooter.
Right next to the resort is a small supermarket (for the first groceries). This is open until about 8:00 PM.
The park has a communal swimming pool (magnapool) and a children's pool for small children.
There is also a diving shop and diving school at the park where you can rent or have your oxygen tanks filled. You can also store your diving tank and diving gear there.
Airport service
You can use the airport service provided by property managers Mark and Leah.
The cost is $20, payable locally to Mark and Leah.
You can also use this airport service again upon departure for a fee of $20.
Late check-out
The standard is that on the day of departure you must leave the house at 11:00 am, so that the cleaners can prepare the house for the next guests. It may be possible to discuss a different departure time in consultation with the owners.
If you choose the extra option: late check-out, you can still use the house until 6:00 PM on the day of departure. You must indicate this in advance when booking!
Rent a car
You can also reserve a rental car when booking the villa.
