The guesthouse is quietly located with lots of privacy. In a natural environment where the goats and iguanas just walk by, and you wake up in the morning to the chirping of the birds. 12 min from the center of Kralendijk and 8 min from Rincon and yet in the middle of nature, the best of 2 worlds. The guesthouse has a modern bathroom and a full kitchen and there is a small swimming pool where you can sit while enjoying the view. The WiFi connection is stable and fast, so it's suitable for working remotely

The guesthouse is brand new and fully equipped The kitchen is spacious and has a dishwasher, fridge-freezer and built-in gas hob. Crockery, cutlery, glasses, pans etc everything is there. The spacious porch is wonderfully windy and has a magnificent view. At the pool, there are rinse tanks for diving gear and there is a lovely outdoor shower.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

prices include use of water, electricity, and WiFi

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

Late check out on day of departure (if possible) 50 usd to be paid locally.
If you want to be sure of a late check out, we advise you to book an extra night.

Our guesthouse is located on the east coast of Bonaire with an unobstructed view over the ocean. It is located on a cliff 40 meters above sea level, in the middle of nature and yet only 12 minutes from Kralendijk and 8 minutes from the oldest village of Bonaire, Rincon. The best of both worlds, staying peacefully in nature with the goats and iguanas walking past your garden, waking up to the twittering of birds, parakeets and Lora's and yet close to the cosiness of Kralendijk and Rincon with their cozy bars, restaurants and shops.

There are several hiking trails nearby. We are happy to help you find one. Afternoon landsailing? The landsailbaan is a 2 minute drive.

Would you like to try the local food such as Kabritu stoba, iguana soup, or a delicious pastechi? In Rincon are nice local restaurants and Snek's. Local food between the locals, guaranteed that you will also have a nice meeting and conversation.
