The apartment is part of Residencia Port Bonaire, complex with a total of 26 apartments, with a large communal swimming pool, direct access to the sea, where you can snorkel / dive within a distance of 100 meters and enjoy crystal clear water with beautiful coral and fish . Water temperature of 27-30 degrees. The complex is completely walled and secured with a remote controlled gate. Own parking facilities.

Airport of arrival: 150 m, you can walk to the apartment and on departure to the airport.
Rental cars at 100 meters, dive shop at 50 meters, communal swimming pool at 50 m and beach at 200 m.
Absolutely no noise from the AirPort, due to the location and the wind.

Holiday rental: from August 1, 2023 € 170 per day all-in. Mandatory final cleaning of € 125.00. Maximum 4 people. Minimum stay: 7 days.
That is much cheaper than a hotel room ..... especially if you want to enjoy paradise on earth with 4 people.
The apartment is fully equipped to cook yourself, literally everything is there, but you can also enjoy a delicious meal in the various excellent restaurants.

Jan and Jenny have been coming to Bonaire for more than 20 years and have been wintering on this beautiful piece of the Netherlands for 7 years: Bonaire!
Because of the fantastic climate, the Dutch-speaking very friendly population, the azure blue sea with a beautiful underwater world, the beautiful nature, the simplicity, good food, no traffic lights, etc. etc. Just enjoy every day .... and REST.
We get off the plane, walk 150 meters and then we are in the apartment.... what could be better?

The prices are per week for max 4 persons and mandatory final cleaning. See extra costs.
The price includes use of linen, towels, beach towels, snorkel gear, electricity and water.
The tourist tax of $ 75 per person per visit per year must be paid to Bonaire see: (*CONTENT HIDDEN*)-form/step/1
The landlord will no longer charge this as of 1 July 2022.
