This luxury villa is located in a residential area in Septon. The view over the Ardennes is magnificent! Near the famous town of Durbuy. In the heart of the Ardennes with many activities and trips in the immediate vicinity. The villa is suitable for max. 12-14 persons. A total of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is also a loft with pool table and football game. Jacuzzi, sauna and trampoline are available. Garden is fully enclosed. The house has several balconies/terraces with cozy seating areas. From Oct-Apr. applies energy winter rate (€40/day). NOT suitable for risk groups:
For you as a tenant we attach great importance to treating the villa with respect and it is only intended for tourist purposes. That is why we do not rent out the villa to so-called risk groups (such as party and drinking groups) . The house is not suitable for this and action will be taken in the event of nuisance. Book elsewhere and go partying is a better option.

Since 2003 we (Ted and Elmar van Deijck) have been active in renting out villas in the Belgian Ardennes. As soon as you drive into the Ardennes after Liège, you are immediately in a completely different environment: forests, nature, freedom, nice villages, many activities, beautiful views and a holiday feeling. Explanation of prices

Energy costs
 The energy costs are a fixed price per day and are €25/day from May-September and €40/day from October-April.

Cancellations
 The tenant has the right to cancel the booking. This must be done in writing. The following amounts are due for this:
  1. a) in case of cancellation up to 56 days before the start of the rental period, the down payment, plus the reservation costs;
  2. b) in case of cancellation from 56 to 28 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental amount, plus the reservation costs;
  3. c) in case of cancellation from 28 days before the start of the rental period, the full rental amount, plus the reservation costs.
In case of cancellation, a paid deposit will always be fully refunded. The tenant must take care of a cancellation insurance.

Within walking distance of the villa there is the beautiful castle of Septon. It is possible to get a tour. There is also a shop. In the annex can eat organic for little money.
Castle of Septon
Close to the villa is the beautiful town of Durbuy. Durbuy can find many craft shops and workshops. Take a leisurely stroll through the narrow streets of Durbuy. Durbuy has a castle. On the square of Durbuy often activities. Durbuy is also known for its very cozy Christmas. There are also several restaurants and bars. It is the starting point for canoe trips.

From the villa there are to many beautiful hiking and mountain biking. Near the woods and several nice places to take a break for a cup of coffee. 5km away, Durbuy adventure. Here are booked every conceivable outdoor activities (canoeing, rafting, climbing, abseiling, etc)
