Kuninez, in a prime location!

The Kuninez house dates from 1793. It was completely restored in 2014-2015 while retaining its character and atmosphere. The former stable has also been completely renovated to include a large covered summer kitchen with fireplace/BBQ.

As previously mentioned, it is in a prime location that is almost impossible to find here; sun all day, privacy, tranquility, beautiful views from the house and the terrace of the Soca River and the Soca Valley, a private driveway of 100 meters, a garden full of magnolias, palms, kiwis and all that just a kilometer away (walking) distance from Most na Soci with bars, restaurants, shops, train, bus and the lake.

Kuninez has 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed (2 x 180 cm wide and 2 x 160 cm wide) and in the attic, bedroom no. 4, there are also 2 single beds. There is also an extra mattress in the lounge area in the attic. Five people can each sleep in a separate room.

There are 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, the kitchen with seating and a large living room with a lockable side bedroom with a desk for working. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort, a dishwasher, oven, freezer, large refrigerator, etc. This makes it a high-quality and very nice holiday home for those seeking peace and quiet, families and groups who want to spend their holiday from this unique place in and around the Soca valley.

The Soca Valley is one of the best outdoor areas in Europe; famous for the unique fly fishing, paragliding, mountain biking, rafting, kayaking, canyoning, walking, hiking, mountain climbing and all kinds of cultural opportunities from WW1 remains, excellent restaurants, close to Italy, etc.
