ENVIRONMENT
Ourthe & Aisne
The villa is located just outside the village Barvaux, Luxembourg Province (Ourthe & Aisne), approximately 40 kilometers south of Liege. This region in the Ardennes offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities. Ideal environment for hiking, mountain biking, golf, but also a beneficial wellness center, indoor pool, etc.

Nice places to visit.
Within walking distance (approx. 5 kilometers) lies the medieval town of Durbuy, the smallest city in the world. This charming town is home to many antique shops, sunny terraces and excellent restaurants. In the period before Christmas, the city turned into a Christmas mood. The Christmas market with ice rink attracts many visitors from home and abroad.

Like a visit to the market in nearby BOMAL on Sunday morning. The tourist town of La Roche is also worth a visit. Various sights in the vicinity (including boxwood gardens, caves HOTTON, labyrinth, etc.) make you feel good in this area will entertain. A little further away you will find SPA STAVELOT BASTOGNE and various museums and the Ardennes offensive of World War II commemoration.

In the village Barvaux (5 minutes) are 3 large supermarkets, Spar, GB and Aldi for groceries. GB and Spar are also on Sunday and on holidays in the morning to 12 hrs.

Fresh bread daily (also zondagochend) for sale in the village at 3 bakeries.

Market on Wednesday and Barvaux Bomal on Sunday. Delicious grilled chickens!

Durbuy find you the exclusive shops, antique shops, boutiques, trinkets, delicious confiturewinkel, brewery, animal shop etc.

Big malls at Marche and Famenne.
Tenant may in writing, by e-mail or phone book. For availability and agreement on the conditions, the reservation by the landlord by e-mail. Upon receipt of this confirmation, the tenant within 14 days a deposit of 30% of the total rent to the lessor. The
confirmation and conditions below form the lease. After transfer of the deposit, the reservation is binding. Remainder of the total rent payment, including deposit, water / electricity charges and other additional costs must be paid 14 days before arrival to the account of the lessor.

Cancellation
If canceled tenant the deposit payable if the cancellation occurs 1 month or less before rental period.

If cancellation occurs 14 days or less before rental period the tenant the entire rent.

Other conditions:
General
In the house are nonsmoking.

Treat the house, the furniture and the environment with respect. Damage to house and contents must immediately be reported to the landlord. The tenant is liable for damage to the house to include furniture inflicted by himself and / or
his companions or visitors. He is responsible for the rental period
for the house and he undertakes the house and its grounds neat and clean. It is recommended that its own liability insurance separate
travel insurance.

The tenant is not allowed to have more or other persons or animals in the
house to shelter, then listed on the contract. The owner / manager must in that case the tenant refuse.

The landlord is under no circumstances be liable and responsible for all damage caused to persons or movable and immovable property.

Use TV / satellite, subject to proper functioning.

The tenant undertakes, the house and the furniture in all situations to be treated as a good family man. These concerns include closing windows and doors in wind / rain, closing the house in your absence, and the reasonable consumption of water and electricity. Deposit
The deposit is € 300, -. The deposit will be net of any
damage to contents or property within 14 days of the tenant returned via
bank account.

If you lose the keys, an amount of € 25, - will be charged.

Pets
Keeping a pet is allowed. We would like your pet's excrement on the
site cleanup. The pet must not be in the bedroom and not on couches and chairs.
It is not allowed to have a pet unattended in the house to leave different than when you use the existing (closed) dog crate. The tenant is responsible for the pet and liable for any damage caused by the animal.

Cleaning
Compulsory final cleaning. Before leaving, turn everything back in place if necessary, the
dishwasher is left empty and all the household equipment and
bathroom is cleaned. The beds leave you as you found them. If you made use of the bedding, you should pick up the beds and bedding used in the shed behind. Failure to observe these conditions may be charged additional cleaning.

Bedding
In no case should the beds be used without extra bed linen (sheets,
duvet covers and pillowcases). Failure to observe these conditions may include additional
cleaning fee will be charged. If you have forgotten bedding, please notify the administrator. The use of bedding is then deducted from the deposit (Euro 8, - per set).

Waste
The municipality of Durbuy has a strict waste management policies and imposes high fines
when garbage is not sorted correctly. The tenant will therefore that its waste
is separated and disposed of properly. The container should leave the street to be put with the handles facing the road.
