Chalet Erica is a recently renovated cozy chalet with a breathtaking view of one of the most beautiful valleys, the Ourthe-Aisne valley. Chalet Erica is residential and quietly located in the beautiful Parc du Chateau in Bomal-sur-Ourthe, part of the municipality of Durbuy.
On the large southern terrace there is a covered spa with professional purification with continuously monitored water quality, without health risks. Quality is our motto. It's all about healthy and pure water!
The spacious parking in front can be closed with an automatic gate. You enjoy complete privacy here, on a fully fenced site, not a holiday park!
The house is luxuriously and tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, dishwasher, air conditioning throughout the house, both bedrooms have luxury box springs. Chalet Erica is completely on the ground floor, very child-friendly (play corner at height in the living room).
The summers are cool: there is air conditioning throughout the house. The winters are pleasantly warm due to the pellet stove.
The owner will receive you personally in a heated or cooled home, depending on the season. With us you are a "guest", whom we want to know personally and serve.
The house is the ideal base for this beautiful region, which offers numerous opportunities for young and old. Mapped out walking routes are also available in the house. Dogs are not allowed.
