The house is located in the beautiful Zillertal at an altitude of 750 meters at the fork of the road to Gerlos and Mayrhofen, surrounded by numerous skiing and hiking areas. From your luxurious and spacious apartment you have a magnificent view of the Zillertal and the surrounding mountains. In a few minutes you are in one of the famous surrounding places such as Zell am Ziller, Mayrhofen, Gerlos or Fügen. Each place has its own characteristic ski area such as the Zillertal Arena, Hochzillertal, Mayrhofner mountain railways and of course the Hintertux glacier, where you can also ski in summer. Above your apartment there is a 7 km long toboggan run. The free ski bus, which serves all major lifts, stops right outside. The house is easily accessible by car, even in winter.
In summer, the Zillertal has more than enough possibilities for all kinds of activities such as hiking and climbing in the mountains, rafting, mountain biking, etc. A ride with the steam locomotive of the Zillertalbahn with a "convertible" wagon is an experience.
The Braunhof holiday home has a lot to offer for the motorcyclists among us. You can make beautiful day trips in the area. It already starts at the door with a number of hairpin bends. When you return, you can safely store your motorcycle in the garage.
The house consists of 3 apartments, one of which is occupied by the owners. The other apartments can be rented separately or together and are suitable for a total of 14 people.
Separately, the Ziller apartment is suitable for up to six people and the Gerlosstein apartment for eight people. Both apartments are separately accessible via a private entrance in the indoor stairwell.
Apartment Ziller is located on the ground floor, has its own private terrace (garden), kitchen with sofa and sitting area, bathroom with toilet, shower and sink, bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed, a bunk bed and sink.
It is a spacious apartment of 65m2 with magnificent views.
In the summer there is a jointly heated pool, for the winter there is a jointly heated ski room with shoe heating.
There is parking space for up to 2 cars.
