The house is located in the beautiful Zillertal at an altitude of 750 meters at the junction of the road to Gerlos and Mayrhofen, surrounded by numerous skiing and hiking areas. From your luxurious and spacious apartment you have a beautiful view of the Zillertal and the surrounding mountains. In a few minutes you can reach one of the famous surrounding places such as Zell am Ziller, Mayrhofen, Gerlos or Fügen. Each place has its own characteristic ski area such as the Zillertal Arena, Hochzillertal, Mayrhofner mountain railways and of course the Hintertux Glacier where you can also ski in the summer. There is a 7 km long toboggan run above your apartment. The free ski bus, which serves all major lifts, stops 200 meters from the house. The house is easily accessible by car, even in winter.
In summer the Zillertal has more than enough opportunities for all kinds of activities such as hiking and climbing in the mountains, rafting, mountain biking, etc. A ride with the steam locomotive of the Zillertalbahn with a “convertible” wagon is an experience.
Holiday home Braunhof has a lot to offer for the motorcyclists among us. You can make wonderful day trips in the area. It starts right outside the door with a number of hairpin bends. When you return, you can safely store your motorcycle in the garage.
The house consists of 3 apartments, one of which is occupied by the owners. The other apartments can be rented separately or together and are suitable for a total of 14 people.
Separately, the Ziller apartment is suitable for a maximum of 6 people and the Gerlosstein apartment is suitable for a maximum of 8 people. The apartments are all separately accessible with their own entrance in the indoor stairwell.
Apartment Gerlosstein is located on the 1st floor and has a kitchen-diner with sofa and dining area, bathroom with shower and sink, separate toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and sink, a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. It has a large private terrace with a lounge sofa and a dining table in the summer. It is a spacious apartment of 85m2 with a beautiful view.
In the summer there is a communal heated swimming pool, in the winter there is a communal heated ski room with boot heating.
There is parking for up to 3 cars. Free WIFI. Bed linen is included.
