Our very spacious holiday apartment is sunny and quietly located in beautiful Ramsau am Dachstein, which is known as a popular hiking area. The house is located just on the edge of the village, in the middle of the meadows. The cows walk past the house, so to speak.
The apartment is very spacious and has several terraces that you can use.
The house is rustic and attractively furnished and fully equipped.
The house is non-smoking. It is heated by underfloor heating and there is a wood stove. There is wood for the stove.
Television including Dutch channels.
Downstairs in the hall there is a room for skis and a table football game.
On the north-west side of the house there is a small apartment with its own entrance and terrace, which only the owners use when they are present.
In winter you can walk directly from the house to the cross-country ski trail. This cross-country ski trail is part of the 220 kilometer long trail network of Ramsau am Dachstein.
The Ski Amadé is also about 15 minutes away from our home, with no less than 860 kilometers of slopes, 260 ski huts and mountain restaurants. You can also use the ski bus (included in the ski pass) that stops right in front of the door.
In summer the Summercard is included. This offers many benefits, such as free entrance to various swimming pools, free access to the Dachstein Glacier, various attractions, the lifts, etc. and often also extra discounts on various attractions.
A huge plus in this area, especially for families.
In the months of July and August we place a trampoline in the garden.
