Due to the sunny location of this apartment on the ground floor, you can enjoy the sunny garden early in the year. If you come during the summer you will also have access to the swimming pool which is located directly on the apartment's garden.
The apartment is very spacious with a lovely spacious kitchen with cozy dining area and a spacious seating area where you can enjoy a great holiday with a great holiday. The luxury apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, a single bedroom and a bedroom with a full bunk bed. There are two bathrooms, one with bath. You can use the washer and dryer in the apartment.
Your car can easily be parked in the covered carport for the apartment and your skis can be stolen in the designated ski area. If you are advised on public transport then you will be advised as the ski bus stops within 100 meters of the apartment. This lovely spacious design apartment is provided with all luxury a wonderful home base for your holiday in Kaprun and surroundings. .
We are a family from Belgium with 3 daughters (in their twenties) and lost our heart to Austria. We regularly go to our apartment regularly in winter to ski, of course and in summer for walking, cycling, ........ We bought the apartment five years ago and decorated with love and that We would like to share. It is therefore nice to hear the guests afterwards of their opinion and response.
