Cozy & Quiet Multi Family Apartment

Our place is newly decorated and furnished having a very contemporary style. With warm colors, forest wallpaper, stylish plates and warm lighting. It has a very cozy feeling. Perfectly suited for multiple families.

Located at a quiet spot within 10 minutes walking distance of Kaprun centre. In the vicinity are many restaurants, a bakery and a supermarket. The ski bus stop is right outside which will bring you to the glacier lift within 5 minutes.

The place is very suited for 2-3 families with kids, having a family room with a bunk bed. In total we can host 9 persons, eg 4 adults and 5 children. For 8 adults the bunk bed is less applicable and the dining space somewhat limited.

Explanation of prices

You can cancel free of charge up to 21 days before arrival, where the deposit will not be returned. If canceled between 21 days and 7 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of 20% of the total costs. If canceled within 7 days before arrival, no money will be refunded. When booking you must pay 20% deposit within 7 days after receipt of the invoice. The other costs and deposit must be paid at least 21 days before arrival. You will receive the deposit back 14 days after your stay, less any damage. In addition to the rental of the accommodation, there are mandatory additional costs, namely: final cleaning, linen / towels and tourist tax. These will be charged directly with the invoice of the accommodation.
