Visit 11 bathing ponds and lakes within a 20-minute drive, climb into the Karawanken on foot and go on great hikes in a breathtaking mountain world or jump on your bike and get to know one of the most beautiful provinces in Austria by bike.

Would you like a day trip to Slovenia or to the Italian sea? No problem, the Slovenian border is only a few kilometers away and you can be in Slovenia in just a few minutes through the Karawanken tunnel. It's only a 2-hour drive from the house to the sea, which definitely pays off.

DAS ERWIN is our first holiday home project. Liters of lifeblood, design-strong creativity, intensive thinking into guest wishes as well as childhood memories of swimming and sunny blue summers are in here.

The great location, the many lakes and excursion options, the nearby Rosenbach or the forests and the tranquility in Tallach will hopefully make your stay a memorable vacation.

Explanation of prices

The prices are per night/house and are all inclusive of bed linen, towels, final cleaning, local tax and taxes

Peak season:
Check-in every Saturday from 3 p.m
Check-out always Saturday by 10 a.m

Low season:
Check-in & check-out subject to availability

General cancellation conditions
Sometimes things turn out differently than you think. We therefore recommend – based on our own experience and in general – taking out travel cancellation insurance. We also ask you to treat our planning fairly and to announce any booking changes as early as possible. In the event of an emergency, the following cancellation fees apply:

Up to 14 days before departure: free cancellation
Afterwards and up to 7 days before departure: 70% cancellation fee of the total price
Afterwards and up to 1 day before departure: 90% cancellation fee of the total price
For cancellations on the day of arrival or no-show: 100% cancellation fee of the total price

Cancellations or rebookings must be made by email to (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) and are valid from the date of your dispatch email as soon as we have confirmed them in writing. If there are any repayments, we will process them as quickly as possible, but at the latest within 30 days.
