Are you also looking forward to a skiing holiday? Dec. 2020 and Jan. 2021 lots of snow!!! Now also in winter 2021-2022. Slopes are great in Kötschach and Nassfeld. Our house is also ideal for families with children, especially with the children's slopes of Kötschach within walking distance.

This is the outside of the barrel sauna. We have placed it in such a way that you can walk back into the house under the carport. Who dares to dive into the snow in between? But also in the spring it is wonderful to do a round of sauna. The sauna is electric.

The modern sitting area with relaxed three-person sofa. Here you can see the wooden ceiling with beams and of course our plants.
This thick pack of snow fell in 1 evening. The house has underfloor heating, a wood stove and a sauna. Everything to relax after a nice day of skiing.

Because the house was built in 2020, it is well insulated, has underfloor heating and double glazing. There is also an induction hob. The house has no gas connection.

Carinthia Holiday Villa has two terraces, a shed and a barrel sauna with sufficient privacy.
This is the view from the mountain to the right of the house. If you know the spot, you can see it from the morning terrace. You look out over the Gailtal. The three country point is on your right and the Dobratasch is on your left.

The wood stove is there for fun, there is a small stock of wood available. Easy to operate and very cozy for cozy evenings.

In the region you can enjoy mountain biking and cycling.
The house is a semi-detached house.
At the front of the house we have the other terrace. Great to have a drink and chat if it's too hot in the garden. Or start the day with a cup of coffee in the morning with the beautiful view.

There is a well-equipped kitchen and we have pictures of local delicacies, if you are looking for inspiration.
Carinthia Holiday Villa, Seltschach 193.
You can see this tower on the tip of the Dobratsch. This mountain range is located on the other side of the valley and you have a great view of it from the morning terrace. A nice walk to go on.
These are the mountains that belong to the border triangle with Italy and Slovenia. A beautiful area for touring by car, cycling or walking.
In the living room is a lovely rocking chair, our children's favorite place to watch iPad. Because of course there is WiFi in the house.
This is the closet under the stairs in the living room. Equipped with games, Dutch and German books, magazines and the local magazine about Arnoldstein. Here you will also find all information about the activities that can be done in the area.
The seating area.
The second bathroom. This is a separate bathroom for the blue room and the sleeping loft. A nice shower with water-saving shower head.
The bathroom on the first floor. With shower, sink and rimless toilet. As a result, you use a lot less water when flushing.
The large refrigerator is equipped with the upper part cooling and the lower part freezer. So if you want to stock up on a lot of ice cream, pizza, bread and all sorts of things. You have three drawers to freeze everything. Very handy with several people.
The blue room, this room has a double bed that can also be disconnected, a nice chair and a table to work on if necessary.
We have a small smart TV in the house. Bring your own login details from your online streaming and then you can just watch Netflix etc.
This is Lake Grazhna Gora. Ice and ice cold. There is a very large recreational area next door complete with a bar serving drinks, ice creams and a small snack. And of course surrounded by the most fantastic views. Nice to go for a part of the day.
This is the second part of Lake Grazhna Gora. Beautiful views and nice for walking, it is recommended to bring water shoes.
Here we are still doing a bit of work, but it does give an overview of the living room, the couch with the stairs to the top.
In the hall hangs the information rack with all kinds of leaflets about the area.
On the second terrace on the side of the garden we have a table and eight chairs. The table can be made larger so that you can eat outside together.
You can stretch out with just the two of you or sit with the four of you.

The morning terrace, the carport. In the municipality of Seltschach, the waste is collected separately. It is collected regularly.
The inside of the barrel sauna. Great to relax your muscles after skiing or mountain biking.
The view at the front of the house. You will immediately recognize our house, we are the only one with a morning terrace.
This is a fifteen minute walk from the house. There is a large forest next to the house where you can walk to the three country point. There is also a chairlift in season.
The waterfall right next to the house. Accessible via the steep path (which the children like to take) or via a walking route that is slightly flatter. A beautiful waterfall with icy water.

The ski slope is within walking distance. The elevators here are tasty advantageous. Compared to other areas up to 50% cheaper. For large families are even some children free. See also Hochrindl.at and yet many wonderful skiing at all levels.
You can relax on the balcony. There is even an IF lamp for the smokers to have some comfort in the evenings.

A glance morning on top of the black run. The area is clear and still offers plenty of opportunities at all levels. There are two very large ski areas in the vicinity, but it happens more often that there are people there to Hochrindl coming the other way!
The Nockalmstrasse. Don't think that cows go easy on the side they new this is cowarea!
The sleeping room on the ground floor. This bed is a little higher as normaly, which is ideal for the elderly.

This stream flows at 50 meters from the house.
The ski school, ski hire and mini market are reachable within walking distance. At the mini market you can buy fresh bread rolls. While it is very nice to bake bread yourself. Our children find that great.
