Our holiday home is a luxury home in Kötschach-Mauthen. The house is right next to the family ski slope (koemau.com) and it is possible to ski in the Nassfeld ski area (25 minutes by car, see also nassfeld.at) and the Lienz ski area (35 minutes drive). The ski bus to Nassfeld departs 200 m from the house.

In the summer months there is a choice of many walking and cycling routes and water sports. You can also take a trip to Italy, because within fifteen minutes you are at the Italian border. And within one and a half hours drive you are on the Adriatic Coast.

Next to the ski slope is a subtropical swimming pool with indoor and outdoor pools, sauna and wellness facilities and tennis courts.

The house has a view of the mountain peaks of Italy. The center is 300 m away and has a post office, banks, tourist office, restaurants and shops. There are also two large supermarkets in the village.

We, Jan Theunis, Karin, Jetty and Wobbe have recently become the proud owners of Kötschach 646. Last summer we first enjoy our new home. Meanwhile the village Kötschach us very familiar and we like to go here with our children go!
