Alpensuss is a 2 to 6-person comfortable, modern and luxuriously furnished chalet with 2 complete bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, 1 with sink and 1 with ensuite bathroom.
This detached holiday home is located in a lovely village in the west of Carinthia, the sunniest province of Austria, at the foot of the Plöckenpass to Italy.
For the electric car , the driveway has a charging station. We will deduct the electricity from the deposit.
In winter, you can hit the slopes from Alpensuss. The tow lift and ski school are about 50 meters away. At about 400 meters you will find a chairlift. In the summer there are plenty of activities to do in the vicinity, but of course you can also just enjoy walking and cycling. Also 300 meters from Alpensuss is the Aquarena, a water park with a wellness center and tennis courts. Within a five-minute walk you will find supermarkets, shops and various (café) restaurants.
The chalet is sustainable and compact, cleverly and tastefully decorated. The living room has an air conditioner with which you can heat and ventilate in addition to cooling. Thanks to a smart layout of the chalet and the use of good materials, we offer quality and comfort.
The bedrooms on the first floor are larger than average and have luxurious box-spring beds (180 x 200). One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom/toilet and the other has a sink combination and plenty of space for our free baby cot.
The downstairs bathroom is extra spacious with a walk-in shower and an infrared panel (Sunshower) that pampers the muscles after an active day. An additional towel radiator provides added convenience.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, because we love healthy food and cooking with pleasure, even during the holidays.
The dining area has a comfortable corner sofa for long and cozy evenings.
In the summer you can eat outside at the picnic table under the large awning and for those who love it there is a BBQ. To be able to chill out even more, you can click a hanging chair on the eaves in warm weather.
