Our luxurious 1-bedroom ground floor apartment is part of a gated and secure 26-unit condo complex called Wacamaya, in Rooi Santo, just a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive from the beach! The apartment, with a secure parking space, has everything to give you an unforgettable stay in Aruba.

It is located close to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, such as Palm Beach, Eagle Beach, Malmok Beach, Arashi Beach and near the most fashionable American hotel chains such as Mariott and The Ritz Carlton. Also nearby is the fabulous Tierra del Sol golf course, as well as the Palm Beach Plaza shopping centre.
For daily shopping you can go to the supermarket Ting Wei diagonally opposite the apartment complex.
If you want to use a washing machine, there are plenty of laundries available in Aruba.

There is a bedroom with a king-size bed and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room, so the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. In our fully equipped brand new kitchen it will be a pleasure to prepare your breakfast, lunch or dinner with a 5-burner stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, oven, blender, American fridge and all cooking utensils.
The sink has a double sink and dish soap and hand soap are provided.

From the private terrace you look out on the beautiful recently renovated tropical swimming pool with jacuzzi, which is surrounded by sunbeds, with a beautiful waterfall, in a fantastic large tropical garden with various types of palm trees. Truly a feast for the eyes.
There are 3 barbecues for shared use, and there is a lounge and seating area. Wonderful to relax.

Public transport in Aruba is limited. To really discover the island, we recommend renting a car! We can mediate free of charge for the car rental.

The apartment is non-smoking, pets are not allowed.
