Villa Luel is a beautiful new villa just a 5 minute drive from Palm beach.
The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The complete villa is equipped with air conditioners and hot water and a fully equipped kitchen.

This spacious and modern villa offers a perfect combination of luxury and comfort, ideally suited for families. The house is surrounded by a garden and features a large private pool, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to restaurants, shops and the most beautiful beaches of Aruba, making it an ideal base for a relaxing vacation in Aruba.

We are Renaldo and Elisabete. We have been coming to Aruba on vacation for years and have lived there for 1 year.
In the meantime we have had a villa built where we go on holiday ourselves.
In our absence, we want to rent out our villa so that other people can also enjoy it.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Payment
The 1st (down) payment is 50% of the rent and must be paid immediately after reservation. The 2nd payment for the remainder of the rent + deposit must be made 6 weeks before the start of your rental period. If you make a reservation within 6 weeks before arrival, the entire rent must be paid immediately.

The rent includes € 17.50 ($ 20,-) per day in consumption costs (water and electricity)
If you exceed this amount, it will be deducted from the deposit. Our manager will take the meter readings with you during your
stay; Any additional consumption will be charged (this will not be necessary during normal use).

Cancellation policy
Cancellation can be made within 14 days after deduction of 5% administration fee. After this, the (1st) deposit of 50% counts as
Fee for keeping the rental period reserved. If, for whatever reason, the tenant cancels the rented property within 6 weeks before
the start of the rental period, we are forced to charge 100% of the total amount.
For cancellation of your period, it is recommended to take out cancellation insurance.

Check-in is after 16:00. Check-out before 11:00 in the morning.
