Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
If for any reason the renter can or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, they must inform the host with a written confirmation via e-mail.

A reservation may be cancelled free of charge within 48 hours of requesting the booking.
If the renter cancels the agreement at least 7 days before the start date of the rental period, they shall owe 10% of the total rental price.
If the renter cancels less than 7 days before the start of the rental period, they shall owe 50% of the total rental price.
No refunds are possible in case of cancellation on the arrival date, or at any time during the rental period.
