Lovely apartment in a prime location. Sea view and close to all the beautiful places of Nice. We had our own bicycles with us and made a lot of use of them. But you can rent bicycles everywhere. So enjoyed walking from the apartment to the beach. Beach has pebbles but beach cushions in the apartment provided to use. Really a very complete apartment.
Car can park all week in the garage of the hospital at a reasonable price.
Highly recommended with very friendly landlords!!

We were four adults. The apartment is nice and spacious and the location is perfect. Close to the airport, where we picked up our daughter and boyfriend. We ourselves were not expensive with the car, which we parked in the garage of Lenval hospital, with a flat rate for 7 days. The beach in front of the door, the tram stop at the back, a wonderful place for a city trip in this beautiful city. Highly recommended!

Very nice apartment with a perfect location. You have a view of the Promenade des Anglais, bus stops in front of the door, tram stop is a very short walk away and you can park your car in the parking garage of the hospital. (just walk in and take out a subscription, makes a big difference). Supermarkets and bakery are just around the corner.
It's just a pity that both air conditioners didn't work in the apartment so it was very hot inside with very high humidity.

By the way, it is very spacious and the 2 bathrooms are really an asset! You have a beautiful view of the sea from the nice balcony, where you can enjoy the evening afterglow. Furthermore, the apartment is ideal for getting around by public transport. Our car was parked in the parking lot around the corner, ideal! Communication with the owners and the concierge ran perfectly, super friendly! Worth repeating!

We stayed with our family in this apartment for a midweek. It is a very nice and comfortable apartment. There is plenty of space and the kitchen is well equipped for self-catering. We have been in the city a lot, very easy to do with the tram directly behind the apartment. The beach is on the doorstep, so at the end of the day we took a dip in the azure sea to cool off. On the small balcony we ended the day with a drink! What a lovely place for a city-and-beach holiday.
