Villa Blue Curacao

We assume that you use our villa properly, so that the next guests can also enjoy using it. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the villa. Any additional cleaning costs are at your expense. Electricity and water are precious on Curacao. We would like to ask you to use this sparingly. Please turn off the air conditioners if you are not using the bedrooms or if you have the windows open. The air conditioner only needs 15 minutes to cool the bedroom. You must carefully close it when you leave the villa. The villa is equipped with an alarm and you have access to an electronic hotel safe for your valuables. Included: - bed linen: all beds are made upon arrival. After 7 days a short cleaning will take place and the beds will be changed and you will receive new towels (compulsory change at € 45.00 after +/- 7 days) and tea-kitchen towels. In the meantime you can wash your towels and bed linen in the washing machine provided. The washing machine may also be used for your own clothes, ask the caretaker for an explanation before use. We would like to ask you to only use liquid detergent. The rental price is excluding electricity and water per week and including gas. You should assume that you use an average of 5 KHW per person per 24 hours. -Free internet (wireless), bring your own laptop. Not included: -Consumption of electricity (approx. 0.40 Eurocent per KWH) and water (€ 8.00 per m3). This is deducted from the deposit. The meter reading will be recorded in your presence at the beginning and end of your stay.-Beach towels included, 1 per person) -Mandatory interim cleaning of €45 per 7 days. These costs are deducted from the deposit - Final cleaning Euro 85.00. - Accommodation tax 7% of the rent. -The deposit is € 445.00. (including the first interim cleaning) The deposit will be refunded after deduction of any damage costs and consumption of electricity, water and intermediate cleaning and within 14 days after departure from the holiday villa.
