The owner reserves the right not to refund the deposit if the property is left unsanitary or if the consumption of utilities and/or wood exceeds normal.

If you make a reservation until a certain date, please leave the building no later than 11 am. Otherwise, an extra day will be charged, even if you leave an hour later.
Organizationally, it is usually impossible to stay later, since if another group has booked for that day, cleaning still needs to be done in the meantime.
We hope for your understanding in complying with this.
Upon reservation and when advances have been paid, they are definitively acquired by the landlord. If the tenant cancels the reservation unilaterally, he is not entitled to a refund of any advances already paid.
In the event of unilateral cancellation by the tenant after reservation, the landlord reserves the right to make the property available for rent again for that period.

After reservation, an email will be sent to the tenant with the request to deposit the amount within one week. This is strictly monitored. If the tenant does not comply with this, the owner reserves the right to charge additional collection costs or to unilaterally cancel the reservation. By not paying on time, the tenant signals that he or she does not want to confirm the reservation. After all, damage also occurs to the lessor because the period is unnecessarily fixed.
However, the owner can also ask to bring the amount in cash if the interval between reservation and actual occupancy is too short.
