A modern apartment for up to 8 people in Saalbach-Jausern. A fantastic winter sports location, with the first ski lift just 400 meters from the apartment. But also a breathtaking destination for your summer holiday, with many beautiful nature reserves, hiking trails, tennis, golf, fishing and places of interest.

Take full advantage of all that Austria has to offer from the center of the Austrian Alps. Zell am See (15 km) with its beautiful lake, the Krimmler Wasserfälle, Kaprun (skiing on the glacier in summer), the Grossglocker (Austria's highest mountain) and Salzburg as a cultural city are not far. Besides winter sports, the area is also excellent for hiking, Nordic walking and mountain biking.

There is plenty to do for the children , such as: Mount Kodok, Schnitza's wood park, the fairytale forest, Montelino's adventure trail, Teufelswasser, etc. Too many to mention.

A paradise for skiers, snowboarders, cross-country skiers and apres ski: the first ski lift is close to our apartment. The ski schools and ski rental are also located there. The ski bus, which runs through the entire valley, stops practically in front of the door, as does the regular bus through the valley.

For mountain bikers, this is the mecca of the Alps with more than 720 km of mountain bike trails through Saalbach Hinterglemm, Saalfelden Leogang, Zell am See and Kaprun. For beginners, advanced or professionals, there is always a suitable course to be found.
Our apartment has a large closed storage room where the bicycles can be placed.

Hikers can make breathtaking trips on up to 400 km of hiking trails. The trails are perfectly marked and you will experience unforgettable moments.
