Spacious holiday home in a quiet village and yet only 2 km from the beach and entertainment center. Fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful bathrooms: 1 with bath, 1 with shower. The house has 3 spacious bedrooms and is therefore suitable for six people.
is your family or friends getting bigger? It is possible to rent a two-person (completely self-sufficient, adjacent studio) for 35 euros per night or 210 euros per week.

The house has a wide view over hills, sea and the archaeological site of Amathus. Plenty of space outside to sunbathe or enjoy the shade. The village has taverns and pubs within walking distance and a five-minute drive (20 min. walk) to the beach and the entertainment center. There is SKY TV with many Dutch channels and broadband for wireless internet. And of course there is WIFI available.

Explanation of prices

The basic price is €450 per week for two people, or 70 euros per night. For each additional person, € 10.00 pp per night will be charged.

The final cleaning is Euro 40,- Bed linen is changed weekly at no extra cost.

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail. The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

Location & area recommendations

Additional information

Lots of space around the house to eat outdoors and enjoy the peace, and panoramic view. Although not far from the village, beach and entertainment centre it is yet very private and peaceful.

Spacious terraces, choice of sun and shade. Garden with carob trees, olive and other fruit trees, jasmine and bougainvillea.

Good bus connection with Limassol city. From the coastal road (20 minutes walk) very frequent, and from village road (5 minutes walk) 4X a day. In the village there are taverns and along the coastal road there is nightlife, places to eat, restaurants, bars and pubs, shops, etc.
There is a walking path along the beach to Limassol; Bicycles can also be rented along the route.
Agios Tychonas is about 10km from Limassol, 1.5km from the tourist center with tavernas and cafes. The ancient city kingdom of Amathus gives the name to our guest apartment. A pleasant walk/climb to the acropolis of Amathus will show remains of a Temple for Aphrodite and also of an early Christian Basilica.
