Various kayak trips in summer (Chiny, Bouillon, Florenville, Poupehan, Rochehaut, ...).

Layout of the house:
The house is divided into three levels:
ground floor: living room with sitting area with new leather sofas, new Sony LCD TV with DVD / CD player,
Belgacom (HD) TV including all Flemish channels; access to the terraces. Kitchen area with kitchen extension (see kitchen), large dining table for 12 people. Bedroom with access to bathroom and second bedroom with shower (see bedrooms).
Access to the garden. Garage with extra fridge freezer. Spacious garden with playground (slope!), 2 terraces with panoramic views, flower garden.
Sufficient garden furniture is provided.

First floor : sitting area / reading area with table and chairs with beautiful views. Second fitted kitchen (see kitchen). Play area for children with sofa and 2nd TV with Nintendo
Game Cube with various games + Belgacom TV + Blue Ray DVD player. Third bedroom (see bedrooms). Technical room (central heating, ...)
The second floor is one large room / dormitory for 6 people (see bedroom) with toilet, shower, cabinet with 2 sinks. The house is built according to environmental principles for low heating consumption.
The location is unique: you can walk straight into the forest and on the other side you walk straight into the village.
Located on a south slope, you have the sun on the terrace all day long!

Explanation of prices

The week of Christmas and the week of New Year is only rented per week. During the major holidays in July and August, rentals are also only available per week. The costs of final cleaning amount to € 80.00 and are deducted from the deposit, as well as the costs of using propane gas: see also under "extra costs" for more information.

"The royal piece of the Bulge" thus mentions a well known author of the tourist expenditure Semois valley. For lovers of nature and adventure tours in pristine forests, this is indeed the ultimate part of Belgium. Along the Semois are the most beautiful villages and see From the vantage points over and over again down at the beautiful views and the winding river. Also, anglers can have fun here on. By obtaining an authorization in each Walloon post here, you may fish. Tip: You can per person per day 5 trout with you! Great on the barbeque! Of course, in the summer months the river by kayak sail: fun guaranteed! In several places you can rent a kayak. Furthermore, go mountain biking or horseback riding (Redu) in the area. The attached photo is personally taken From the ruins of Herbeumont, within walking distance of the house! This gives you an idea of ??hiking and incredible views! The house was built in 3 floors. On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 has a 2-bed and direct access to a bathroom with shower possibility, toilet and bathroom cabinet with 2 sinks. Bedroom 2 has a 2-bed and a sink. Next to this bedroom is a new shower stall. In addition, a toilet. On the first floor is a third bedroom with a 2-personsbed and sink. The entire second floor is 1 large bedroom. Here is a toilet, shower and bathroom cabinet with 2 sinks. There are 2 2-beds and 2 1-person beds. Ideal for children! If you rent the house with 4 couples? Each couple has a separate bedroom. If you rent the house with 3 couples and some children? Each couple has a separate bedroom and the children on the top floor. Outside the 12 beds, a separate cot and highchair available. Bed linen, ie sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases to take with you.
There is a first kitchen on the ground. Here is an electric hob, extractor, integrated fridge, electric oven, dishwasher. A second large fridge with separate freezer in the garage. On the ground floor is a large dining table for 12 people. Obviously there is enough cutlery, plates, glasses, cooking utensils, pots and pans. In addition there is a Senseo coffee available.
