It is a house that is especially suitable for families, nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. The house is not rented to groups of young people/students or other party goers.

Villa Deluxe Durbuy (renovated in 2018, 2021 and 2022) is perfectly located in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes in the village of Bomal-sur-Ourthe. The house is very suitable for a holiday or weekend away with friends and family. In the immediate vicinity of the villa you will find beautiful nature for walking, cycling and kayaking. The special medieval city of Durbuy and the two most beautiful golf courses in Belgium are also worth a visit. The house has a charging point for electric cars that can be used with your own charging card.

Prices are per weekend, week or midweek or on request. Changeover days are on Friday and Monday or on request.

The house has five bedrooms, each with two luxurious box-spring beds. There are two umbrella beds available for additional babies or small children.
The house has been completely renovated, modernly furnished and equipped with every luxury and convenience with five luxurious bedrooms and four bathrooms. In the living room with panoramic bay window you have a beautiful unobstructed view, up to four kilometers away, over the Ardennes hilly landscape and the valley of Ourthe and the Aisne. The original garage is now a playroom with a football game, a second television, games and disco lighting. The sunny garden has a jacuzzi and a pod sauna with a view, lounge chairs and a barbecue to enjoy the special surroundings.

The house is located just outside the village of Bomal-sur-Ourthe on the edge of the Mont de Pins nature reserve. From the garden you can walk straight into the forest. The ideal place to enjoy the beauty of the Belgian Ardennes during a weekend away or a holiday.

We bought the villa in the summer of 2017 and completely renovated it in recent years. It is a luxury holiday home for 10 people with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The garage has been converted into a playroom with a second television, football table and disco lighting. In the spacious garden you can enjoy the view from the panorama sauna or jacuzzi. We hope that you can enjoy the peace, nature and the special view just like us. We wish you a pleasant stay in the Ardennes.
