Villa Kunuku

Kunuku Villa is a beautiful modern villa located in a quiet residential area of Modanza just 7 minutes drive to Palm Beach and 10 minutes drive to Oranjestad. The villa has 3 fully air-conditioned bedrooms with their own wardrobes, 3 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet and a well-equipped kitchen and living room, also air-conditioned. 3rd bathroom was completed in July 2022 and the photos have now been added. There is a cozy covered veranda overlooking the beautiful private pool and garden landscape. We also provide free WI-FI, indoors and outdoors. In addition, there are beach towels and a cooler to take to the beach. The highlight of this home is the outdoor space, perfect for lazy days poolside and outdoor dining.

NEW:
2020: awnings have been added to the veranda and updates in the bathrooms.
2021: Kitchen equipment renewed in early 2021. A fence came around the veranda in the summer of 2021.
