Rozemarijn is one of only three apartments that the house has, so
enough peace and privacy to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
The popular town of Crikvenica is 3 km away. Here you will find many restaurants and terraces on the pleasant boulevard.
The
beaches are walking distance (200m) down. They are mainly
pebble beaches with sunbeds for hire and play facilities almost everywhere
for children. The sea is breathtakingly clear, so it is also very suitable for swimming
to snorkel.

The apartment is spacious for 4
persons, with a breathtaking view from the balcony with awning and dining area.
Air conditioning, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, smart TV / SAT, WIFI are all available.
You have your own parking space at your disposal and on the ground floor there is a nice barbeque area for general use.
