This very spacious two-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building in the fantastic Royal Palm Resort Curacao near the Dreams and Mariott Hotel and Parasassa beach. People looking for peace and quiet are very welcome. The terrace offers a great view of a nature reserve and the sea. Restaurants and a large supermarket are a few minutes away. Blue Bay beach is also literally 'around the corner'. The stated rental price includes normal use of water and electricity. If costs exceed 25 guilders per day, an additional payment must be made. This rarely or never happens.

From the terrace you also have a view of the Korredor. A walking and sports area that ends in Willemstad. You can walk to the center of the city within 40 minutes, walk along the sea and the arriving or departing cruise ships.

Explanation of prices

For stays longer than 4 weeks, a 10% discount is applied. Electricity and water will be checked upon check-out. In case of excessive use (costs on average higher than 25 Antillean guilders per day) you pay extra to the manager (electricity NAF 0.70 per unit, water NAF 15 per cubic meter).
Deposit is 600 guilders, 300 dollars or 300 euros. This is paid at check-in and refunded at check-out if everything is in order.

Cancellation policy
