Villa Tropicana is a large villa with beautiful sea views, a very large garden with a large private swimming pool and a large playing field ideal for children.

The villa was completely refurnished in the winter of 2023/2024. (there are already a number of new photos on further photos and a new film will follow)

The villa is divided into 3 floors, each with its own kitchen and 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, and all floors have beautiful sea views.
There is also the option to all sit together at the table on the middle floor in a special large room.
From there you can go through large sliding doors to the terrace where there is a cozy outdoor bar, BBQ and large terrace for everyone to eat outside together.
The swimming pool is located on an adjacent site with sun loungers and a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea that is in the sun all day long.
In front of the house there is a large playing field with artificial grass with 2 goals and on which you can do various playing and sports activities.
You can park your car on the driveway behind a closed gate.
The villa is located in a luxurious residential area on a quiet street a short distance from a beautiful beach "Calla Caneylles" with, among other things, a restaurant and a harbor.
This large accommodation is very suitable for several families and large groups due to the spacious layout with lots of land (2200 m2) and the 3 separate living levels.

This villa has air conditioning on each floor of the master bedroom (for a fee of €50 per air conditioning/per week)
It is usually not necessary to rent air conditioning because the villa benefits from the sea breeze, but you can decide this yourself on site per room. You can possibly also rent fans if necessary for €6.50 per week.
