Our house is a cozy holiday home in a beautiful and varied area.
Quietly located in a mountainous and wooded area, close to the crystal clear Achensee.
In summer and winter, it is excellent for families, sports enthusiasts, tranquility and nature seekers.
Beautiful hiking area, challenging mountain bike trails and of course many winter sports options.
The chalet consists of two separate parts, each with its own entrance.
The floors can be rented separately, but also as a whole. The whole house is accessible by opening the doors in the stairwell. See advertisement Q-alm.
The ground floor is suitable for max . 6 people, including one child aged 02-15. This floor has a living room, open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
(The upper house has an extra toilet, a beautiful large balcony and a low attic). In addition to electric heating, both floors also have an Austrian wood stove.
There is ample parking, excellent WIFI reception and a (common) room with washing machine and dryer.
Don't expect luxury, just a cosy, typical Austrian chalet!
Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for wheelchair users.
