You look out on the eternal snow of the Kitzsteinhorn (glacier), the towns of Kaprun and Zell am See Suddorf and, on the beautiful mountain lake "Zeller See". From the house you can enjoy hiking and mountain biking in the immediate vicinity there is a multitude of sporting activities (including water sports, tennis, golf, parasailing, skiing) and there is a range of interesting recreational / cultural excursions (GrossGlockner Hoch Alpenstrasse , Hohe Tauern National Park, the caves of Eisriesenwelt Werfen, the old underground salt mine in Hallein, lots of culture and museums in various cities and villages culminating Mozart city of Salzburg.
The house has all modern facilities, but has kept its original appearance Austrian (chalet style) preserved with wood, a real Austrian stove and window boxes. It features a spacious terrace where it is lovely to enjoy the view and have the late afternoon sun.
