We are Aleks and Saskia Gojko, and we live together with our two children Milan and Kyra in Lovran in Villa Kyra. We named Villa Kyra after our daughter Kyra. My husband is Croatian and I am Dutch. 15 years ago we emigrated from the Netherlands to Croatia. We started building our Villa Kyra in 2013, and in 2014 our house was ready and we are very happy with the end result. The location of our house is unique with an unobstructed view of the Kvarner Bay.
Villa Kyra consists of 2 apartments of 54m2, and another small studio of 21m2.
These are located on the first floor.
We live on the second floor.

Our house is located on a plot of 2000m2. In the garden there is also a play equipment consisting of a slide with two swings. We also have a trampoline. A swimming pool is available in the months of June, July, August and September.

Of course, the apartment has cable TV, a DVD player and free WLAN.
It is not allowed to smoke in the apartment. Pets are not allowed.

We are Aleks and Saskia Gojko, and we live in Lovran/Croatia with our two children. The location of our house is just above Lovran, so no traffic, etc. The view is fantastic. In a few minutes by car you arrive in the center of Lovran and you can go in all directions.
