We would like to welcome you to our holiday home called Casa Kontentu. The house is located at Villapark Fontein, a small-scale 24/7 guarded resort. Villapark Fontein is located in the quiet part of Curacao and close to the most beautiful beaches, nice sights and several good restaurants

Casa Kontenu
Our house with private swimming pool and a lovely spacious porch has a living area of 120m2. The Casa was built in May 2015, fully furnished and equipped with all amenities.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. 2 cars can be parked in the driveway
Wifi and 220 volt sockets are available. In the garden there is a large palapa with a corner lounge set and hammocks on which you can relax. The swimming pool is 6x3 meters and provides wonderful cooling.
Location
Casa Kontentu is located on a quiet resort (Villa Park Fontein) with 24-hour security. This is in the middle of the island in the most beautiful area in terms of fauna and flora. Close by are the beautiful beaches of Cas Abou, Porto Marie, Daaibooi and Lagun. The beaches of Grote and Kleine Knip are also not far away. For discovering nature, both the Christoffelberg and the Shete Boka nature park are nearby.

Living room
The spacious living room has a sofa, two beautiful relaxing chairs, coffee table, TV cabinet, dresser and display cabinet. You can watch TV via the internet with your laptop, tablet or smartphone (Apple TV available). You can listen to music on the home cinema set and a DVD player is also available. Various books and games are also available. The ceiling fan may provide cooling

kitchen
For your convenience, the kitchen is equipped with luxury equipment such as American fridge/freezer combination (equipped with cold water tap and ice cube machine), dishwasher, gas hob and combination microwave. A Senseo, sandwich maker and kettle have also been considered. Of course, crockery, cutlery and pans are widely available

Bedrooms:
The house has 3 bedrooms, two of which have luxurious box-spring beds. The third bedroom has a double sofa bed. The 2 largest bedrooms have 2 spacious built-in wardrobes where you can easily store all your belongings, the third bedroom has a chest of drawers. There are also two camping beds and a high chair
The bedrooms are equipped with modern air conditioning systems

Bathrooms
These are equipped with a shower with hot water and a toilet. The bathroom furniture provides plenty of space for storing your own toiletries

Porch
The spacious porch is equipped with a luxurious dinning set with 6 adjustable wicker chairs with high backrests and a large table of 240x100 cm. From the porch you look out over the swimming pool and hear the sugar thieves singing

Salvage:
This contains the washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, clothes dryer and BBQ

Garden
The villa has a large garden with plants from the island: Palms, Bougainvillea, Aloe Vera, Agave and cacti. When you sit on the porch you can hear the birds chirping in the garden. Because the garden is bordered by walls, you have the necessary privacy in Casa Kontentu

Environment
A bakery, small supermarket, ATM and gas station are 5 minutes away by car. Local snack, smoothie and chip shops can also be reached within 5 minutes.
At the resort you can enjoy a delicious meal at the Bliss restaurant. Within 10 minutes you can reach the most beautiful beaches of Curacao: Cas Abao, Porto Marie or the free Daaibooi. Taking designated walks from our resort in the Fontein nature reserve is also possible. Our resort is only accessible via a barrier and there is 24/7 security
