Welcome to our site and take a look at the photos so that you get an idea of what you can expect from the house and surroundings. The Chalet enjoys a beautiful location in the picturesque village of Kötschach-Mauntain in Carinthia, Austria, at a distance of 14 kilometers from the Italian border.
You have a view of the Alps from the house, terraces and a large balcony.
At the back, the house has a secluded location on a meadow. The garden is south-facing. When the weather is bad it is nice to relax under the covered terrace.
The Chalet is attractively furnished and fully equipped.
The Chalet is located on the family ski slope of Kötschach-Mauthen, and you will also find a lovely swimming pool, with indoor and outdoor pools with sunbathing areas and a sauna.
The largest ski area with 110 km of slopes and 30 cable cars is about a twenty-minute drive away. You can use a free ski bus that runs daily.
Also in Lienz you will find 37 km of slopes that are easily accessible. There are also various cycling and walking routes, such as along the Gail River on a 90 kilometer long cycle path that runs to Villach. You will come across several nice villages along the way, including the Presseger See, a beautiful lake with a beautiful nature reserve around it near Hermagor.
The nearest airport is Klagenfurt Airport, 117 km from our home.
