Hollenstein an der Ybbs
For rent in the Mostviertel, nice big Austrian house on the outskirts of the village with terrace and large garden. A 10-minute walk away is the beautiful beach pool on the Ybbs river. Near the village the beautiful nature park Eisenwurzen and ski areas, including Ski Hochkar. The splendid hiking Gesause it is not far away. The house has 3 bedrooms (max. 10 persons) is fully furnished and equipped (including wifi, tv, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer). The terrace and garden also offer sun, but also plenty of shade. Bakery, shops etc. 5 minutes walking distance.
THE HOUSE
The house is from the early 1900 and rebuilt several times. The ground floor features a living room, a new kitchen, large hall and toilet. The first floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with bath, shower and two toilets. In 2008, two new bathrooms and recently built (2016), the kitchen has been totally renovated. There is also a new wood stove installed in the living room. During all seasons there may be up to 10 people staying in the house.
SERVICES
In the house are many amenities such as an electric stove with oven, microwave and vaatwaaser. There is also a washing machine, dryer, TV / DVD player and WiFi available. The house is heated with a comfortable central heating and a wood stove in the living room.
BEDROOMS
There are 10 beds in three bedrooms. Upstairs is a small bedroom with a double bed, a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed with pull-out bed and another large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed with pull-out bed. There are single duvets and pillows. Bed linens, you must bring your own. On the first floor are two bathrooms: one with a shower, sink and toilet and one with bath / shower, sink and toilet. Downstairs is also a separate toilet.
LOCATION
The house is in the charming village Hollenstein an der Ybbs in Mostviertel, Lower Austria province, about 950 km from the border at Arnhem. The village lies in the so-called pre-Alps, between several 1800 meter peaks in the Ybbstal, about 1 hour from Linz and 2 hours from Vienna away.
In the village there are a bakery, two supermarkets and a petrol station on site.
The nearest town is the beautiful medieval Waidhofen an der Ybbs, where the bigger supermarkets and other shops are located.
On the sporting field is much to do: hiking, rock climbing, mountain biking, rafting, skiing, cross country skiing and cycling.
The village lies at 485 meters altitude, in a beautiful, peaceful setting, at the foot of the Gamstein 1774 m. And the Stumpfmauer 1770 m.
