This detached villa is located on a hill that is full of sage and olive trees.
The guest bedroom is located on the west side of the villa and has a beautiful view over the valley, Souda bay and the Libyan sea.
From the guest bedroom you walk onto the terrace where the large dining table is.
The guest bedroom has its own bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
The spacious living room with open kitchen offers everything you need. From the sofa you have a beautiful view over the valley, the mountains and the Libyan sea.
The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, combi oven, large fridge, induction hob, extractor and luxury Nespresso coffee machine.
The living room has a large smart TV.
The main entrance to the villa is at the rear next to the kitchen.
Through the living room you enter the spacious master bedroom.
The large bed is central to the space and you can walk all the way around it with plenty of closet space for the clothes.
The master bedroom is a spacious bedroom with sliding doors on two sides.
From the master bedroom you can walk straight onto the terrace where a luxurious lounge set is located.

The 28 square meter pool is lit up at night and accessed by steps across its entire width.
