Villa Piscadera

This luxury villa with a large private swimming pool is located on the Piscadera Bay Resort, a very well-known park with a friendly atmosphere, where there are both holiday homes and permanently inhabited houses in one of the most beautiful places on the island, near Willemstad.

You will stay in a tropical oasis of greenery between palm trees, oleander, bougainvillea, jasmine, aloe vera, banana plants and the sound of birdsong.
Children can play freely in our garden and on the street because the resort has a speed limit of 15 km per hour for cars. In addition, there is security 24 hours a day.

The house is located on a plot of 1000m2 and is surrounded by plants. The living room and the large terrace flow seamlessly into each other through 2 enormous sliding doors on two sides. The 11x4 m swimming pool has various seating areas, 4 sun beds and a large lounge area. At any time of the day you can find a spot with shade or with sun, the choice is yours!
The outdoor dining area on the covered terrace offers space for 8 people and of course the BBQ is included.

The living room (8x8) has a cozy seating area, ceiling fans for extra cooling and a television with internet TV, giving you access to hundreds of TV channels, including all Dutch and most European channels and American sports and media channels.
The kitchen in a corner of the living room has a cooking island with a bar, so you can sit down while cooking. The kitchen is equipped with an American refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, dishwasher, oven/microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a large amount of crockery and kitchen utensils. In the utility room you will find the washing machine and large cool box. There are also some children's toys, many board games, a high chair and a bed.

The master bedroom has patio doors to the terrace and a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms are also of spacious size and share the other bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a workplace.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows.

The resort is located a 3-5 minute walk from three beautiful beaches and is located just behind Marriott and Dreams Hotels (formerly Hilton and Floris Suite Hotel), with casino, diving school, bars and restaurants.
Behind the WTC is the koredor, as this boardwalk is called, where people often walk and exercise.

Our tenants have free access to Pirates Bay Restaurant and Beach Club, which is a 4-minute walk away. You get the right tropical island feeling here: a lovely sandy beach, gently sloping into the sea with palm trees and a very child-friendly restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a cozy bar with happy hours and regular live music. Next door is pizzeria Tomatoes, right on the sea, a tapas restaurant and the now famous Restaurant De Visserij. For diving/lessons and snorkeling you can go to The Diveshop on the beach.

The driving time to Willemstad is only 5 minutes and due to the central location on the island, both the popular beaches on the east side and the more authentic and beautiful beaches on the west side are very easily and quickly accessible.
Also within 3-5 minutes driving time are 2 large supermarkets and Sambil Mall with numerous shops, cinema, large modern gym, food court, bowling alley and an indoor playground.

Travel time to and from the airport is only 10-15 minutes.
