WE (KENKINSPAIN) ARE WINNERS OF THE ZOOVER AWARD 2010, 2011 and 2012!

Because we do not live in Spain anymore we offer our rustic finca in the Hondon Valley near Alicante (Costa Blanca) for rent. You will find a spacious living room with en-suite dining room, kitchen with all utilities (dishwasher, oven/ grill and divers kitchen equipment) and a rustic bathroom. The house contains of two bedrooms; one with a double bed and one childrens room with two single beds. Besides the house you will find various terraces where you can sit down and eat (BBQ!) in the sun or shadow. Our fenced area has a nice pool with bar, sun beds, parasols and lounge sofa. The beautiful garden of 4000 m2 offers exotic plants, several terraces and plenty of space and privacy. In the garden you will find various fruit trees, almond trees, a football pitch and trampoline. Your children and dogs are welcome!

Our Finca, Casa Jowi offers, in addition to our own house, 2 guest accommodations:
- Casita Dito, 4-6 person apartment
- Casita Finese, 2 person room with bathroom

These are discoverable under the name La casa del Emperador (fast code 6003) at this site. If you want to come for vacations with a larger group (10 - 12 persons) you can also rent (one of) the casitas and stay with us all together. Look for more info on this site. On the site of Casa del Emeperador on Micasu you will also find several guest reviews about us. If you have questions please mail us so we can give you more information. When renting Casa Jowi and (one of) the casitas, we calculate a special combination price.
When renting the casa you can make free use of the swimming pool with sun beds, the outdoor lounge area with sofa, BBQ and 2 mountain bikes. We have free WiFi Internet and also a football pitch and several toys. The prices on this site (see 'calendar rates) áre for the rental of Casa Jowi. Besides this casa we have 2 separate casitas: Casita Dito (4-6 persons) and Casita Finese (2 persons). If you are interested in renting casa Jowi and (one of) the casitas let us know and we will make a special price.
OFFERS: For the casa we have a special price out of the hihg season (Dutch school holidays and months July / September): = 4 weeks stay, three weeks pay! In weeks: 1, 14, 22, and 40 you can rent Casita Finese for just € 49 per week! Staying for the winter time? At a minimum stay of 6 weeks in low season you can rent Casa Jowi for € 200 per week! Send us an email and we will gladly tell you which weeks are concerned. At the finca is sufficient room for your car, to park inside the fence. Your Host

Our names are Patrick and Katja and with our son Dito we own a beautiful finca at the Costa Blanca. We love the peace and space, enjoy the beautiful weather, the fruit- and almond trees in our garden and BBQ! We want to share this beautiful spot and the spirit of our lovely Spanisch village with others. This is why we rent out 2 casita's and we go there often with family and friends. All other costs are included in the rent (water and electricity). Your dog (s) may join you for free!
If you want to come, out of season, 4 weeks you only have to pay 3 weeks!
For an extended stay (eg hibernate), we use special prices (minimum of 6 weeks). Mail us and we will offer you a customized quote.

Living room
Attractive spacious room with big counches and a big flat screen TV. The dining room with a big table and 6 chairs is an en-suite.

Bedroom 1
Very cozy bedroom with double bed, closet and shutters. The bedroom is situated at the shade side of the house.

Bedroom 2
Very cozy childrens bedroom, in castle style. The room has two single beds, a closet and shutters. This bedroom is also situated at the shade side of the house.

Bathroom
Spacious and modern bathroom, with bath, shower and double sink including use of towels.
Kitchen

For a fee of 2.50 euros you can use the washing machine. You can also use the BBQ outside (for free)!

Swimming pool

Beautiful swimming pool with spacious patio area with sunbeds and parasols. Beside the pool is also a cozy bar with refrigerator and music (if desired) and a spacious lounge sofa. Next to the pool (summer only) is also a heated loungebad where you can lie down in the water and read a book! We also have toys in the water. From the terrace of your accomodation, you have a good view of the pool!

Sights

Our village Hondon de las Nieves is very centrally located on the Costa Blanca! The lovely towns Aspe, Agost (pottery) and Novelda (see photo of the special church designed by Gaudi-student) are located within fifteen minutes drive away. You will find the city of Elche (palm-city with historical center) within fifteen minutes away. The beach and the beautiful city of Alicante are 30 minutes by car. You can drive to Murcia (culture) and Benidorm (tourism) within 45/ 50 minutes.

Upon arrival in the casita you will find a map with all sorts of 'things to do and see' in the area!
