Casa Cristina

A house of over 250 m2. Located in "your own village street".
The house consists of a row of 7 houses dating back to the 12th century. The complex is located on the outskirts of the village with lots of privacy. From the house and the garden you have a beautiful view over the green, rolling hills of the Molise region. Downstairs in the garden (accessible by stairs from the house) the swimming pool is waiting for you. With a nice, covered and shady "loggia" with lounge sofas and an outdoor fireplace. From this spot you have a magnificent view over the rolling hills with forests and fields. 

One level up is a large outdoor terrace, with a large dining table under centuries-old trees. 

From the house and the edge of the village, the basic necessities are within walking distance. On the one hand, there is the liveliness of an authentic Italian village community. On the other hand, you are very private and wonderfully quiet in this house. In fact, you have the village street to yourself, really unique.

In the south-facing garden (over 6,000 m2) there are nut trees, figs, plums, apples and an olive grove. Of course, you can pick yourself in the right season. There is also a table tennis table here that guests can use.

The medieval village of Ripabottoni has about 450 inhabitants! Here you can still experience the real Italy, unspoiled and not ruined by tourism. Dear helpful Italians, a beautiful region and divine food. It's like taking a step back in time.
The sea is about a 40-minute drive away. Here in the summer a lot of typical Italian sun and sea activity and seaside resorts such as Termoli and Vasto. 

The Dutch owner has restored the house with great care and attention. Beautiful old details have remained intact. The house consists of 3 floors and can accommodate 8 adults (cots can be added).
On the lower floor is the spacious, luxurious kitchen that is equipped with all modern conveniences. Cooking enthusiasts will get their money's worth here with, among other things, a large refrigerator with freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, 5 burner gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc. etc.
There is also a spacious living room with lounge sofa and TV. 

On the first and second floor there are 4 double (double) bedrooms, 2 of which have an en-suite bathroom. The third bathroom is shared by the other two bedrooms. The whole house has WIFI, air conditioning and there is satellite TV. The pool is shared with the guests from Oleandro 1 and Oleandro 2 (max 6 pers) but there is space, furniture and privacy enough for everyone.

If desired, a lot can also be arranged on request, from catering to guided tours of the region. Excursions such as cooking workshops, oil and wine tastings, cultural trips etc. are also organized by the Dutch owner.
