Klein Rosental is a modern apartment in Neukirchen am Großvenediger and can accommodate up to six people. The apartment has a large living room and a spacious south-facing balcony, which offers a view of the Großvenediger. The open kitchen contains all necessary equipment such as microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and refrigerator with freezer. The bathroom has a shower, double washbasin and a second toilet. The two bedrooms have double beds with linen cupboards. You will also find a sofa bed in the living room which is suitable for 2 people. We have a separate storage room with ski boot heaters for your ski boots!!
Neukirchen am Großvenediger is a lively Austrian village with the center just a five-minute drive from the apartment. On a beautiful summer day or evening you can walk to Neukirchen in half an hour via a beautiful route through the woods. There are also several beautiful cycling routes through the valley.
Near the apartment you will find a restaurant and a tanning studio. For daily shopping, you can drive to the nearest supermarket located on the main road in just 2 minutes. Public transport also stops almost in front of the door within walking distance.
The Neukirchen area invites you for an active holiday. With the Krimmler Wasserfälle as the absolute highlight. The Weißsee Gletscherwelt in Utendorf is well worth a visit.
In winter, ski, cross-country ski and toboggan on the longest illuminated toboggan run in the world (14 km!). Everything is possible in the area. Then enjoy a nice meal in a cozy restaurant in Neukirchen, or go apres skiing in one of the cafes.
Even in the summer there is something for everyone to do: walking, swimming, cycling, paragliding and golfing, and then enjoy the summer sun on one of the many terraces.
You can do all this in winter with the Zillertal Arena Super Ski Pass, which gives you access to all ski buses, Wildkogel Arena ski area in Neukirchen and Bramberg, and all lifts in the Zillertal Arena. In good weather you can drive to Gerlos in half an hour by car. The ski bus takes you directly to Königsleiten in 15 minutes.
